Delightful pink. Complex blend of Malbec, Tannat, Syrah and a soupcon of Merlot. Aromas of wild strawberries and lavender predominate with some subtle floral components in the background.
The wine is surprisingly full on entry and proceeds across the palate with class and a hint of minerality. The palate confirms the nose and the finish is firm yet subtle. A wine for patio sipping but excellent too with poultry, salmon and grilled vegetables/
